Today’s mission was to smoke a turkey my third cook ever, but I never let extra grate real estate go to waste so I threw on the thighs remove the skin trim the fat seasoned and tossed on the smoker. 275 until done. Finished with a glaze of Kentucky rebel scum, blackberry skirmish, and honey.
