Sounds like a good plan! I am so excited to get going with this. I feel like a little kid. All I have been thinking about is the first smoke. It's like loosing my virginity all over again!

That is good advice. I will be going to pick up at least one (meat probe) this week and then look for one to replace the built in temp guage, unless it is better to go with something different.
If I can get the MODS done for this weekend, I'm going to try to get my first smoke on. Any recommendations on what would be a good first smoke. I don't want it to be too involved or expensive in case I ruin it, which by what I have read here, everyone ruins their first.
