    Dinner was simple and quick

    Jerky question.

    I do jerky all the time in my pellet smoker. I make my a bit softer because thats what my likes so they are more like snack sticks. I do ground meat only and use high mountain seasonings then put in the cooker on high smoke ( 220) and in two hours i have wonderful jerky snack sticks

    Couple eggs with seasoning topped with baby Swiss and sprinkled with another rub Then top it all with hot pepper jelly and slap it on a toasted onion roll with smoked butter.

    ya unfortunately i dont have cast iron and while my flat top is not perfect its still better than trying to get the pellet cooker hot enough. i did get it to 535 degrees though lol

    well it went in my smoker on high smoke to the IT of 130 then browned it up a bit. It got a bit flat on the bottom from sitting on the rack so i just sliced it.

    I had some time in between cooks and did not want to shut the cooker down and i had some hamburg left over from my burger cook the other night. So what to hey ?? make a giant meatball and the only thing i regret is not stuffing it with cheese lol Stay tuned for the finished meatball lol

    Beautiful morning for some French toast made with peppermint mocha creamer instead of milk. Then some yummy spices on top. And of course its cold and windy so anybody wanna go sailing ?? if so bring your cold weather gear also lol

    Pork is done and vacuum sealed in the freezer. I normally dont sauce ahead of time but this time i decided to. It was a small piece i took out for another dinner that did not happen.

    dinner is seasoned steak wrapped up in bread dough and buffalo cheddar cheese then brushed with butter and some seasonings Bacon wrapped asparagus lightly seasoned and scalloped potatoes seasoned with a Cajun rub and crumbled bacon and pieces of asparagus.
