    I have messed up csr so many times grilling, smoking etc. However, this way is our go to for them now! Super simple and great! Coat in your favorite pork rub, air fry for 10 minutes at 370. Flip, air fry for 10 more minutes. Sauce and back in for another 6-7 minutes. Great every time...

    Sounds great. Can't wait to see it! Using the country style ribs is a great idea, cheap and easy to find. Easier to handle than a whole belly. Will you cold smoke or hot smoke? Fry it up like bacon when you're done?

    Have done with Chuck, top/bottom round (using sous vide for part of cook), and butt/CSRs … apart from brisket, the butt/CSR my fav.
