First time meatloaf fatty
Hello all! haven't been on in awhile but wanted to share what I made a couple weeks ago. I used a souper meatloaf recipe added green pepper formed it in a loaf pan then put it in the freezer to firm up while I made the bacon weave wrapped it up and smoked it for 4 hrs and unwrapped in the oven...- upsman

clean mop
yes it a cotton mop and thank you all for the comments and suggestions. I feel a little at ease now about using it again. the sauce I used was Jeff's maple sauce for injecting recipe and was a little thick when I added some of the dry rub to it as well, and the mop worked good! .- upsman
