haha not sure how many of these you got here, but i'm a pastor. i've been a youth pastor for about 5 years "officially" (not counting volunteer)...associate for 2 ish.
had some great luck yesterday fishing, so i thought i'd treat them special and smoke them. :) i know this is an unpopular opinion around here, but smoked them with sassafras for about 6 1/2 or 7 hours real low. Smoke is nice and light, balanced to the flavor of the fish. added a little lawry's...
well in true nooby fashion, i wasn't very patient...i had about 3 1/2 lbs of pork loin...smoked it for an hour...let it rest for about 25 min...it was still a little pink...so i kinda put it on the grill for a few minutes. after that it was fantastic. the fatty goodness on top held all that...
well...here we go! i'll check in on ya in about 20 min or so to see if you're still smokin' but other than that...i hope i did everything right. anyone wanna critique?
