Where do you buy your meats?
I buy at Sams here in Southern NJ. Once in a while I'll go to the butcher. They are a lot higher in price but the quality doesn't really justify it.- Mike's Meat

calibrate and or advice on a new 2 probe thermometer bluetooth or wifi
I was having problems with my probes so i called recteq and they sent me a new controller because i had the old one that didn't allow you to calibrate the probes. Put the new controller in and calibrated and I'm good to go. I followed the video on you tube also. Great customer service.- Mike's Meat

i never empty the pellets in my recteq and never had a problem. Every 5 smokes or so i let it burn down until almost empty and clean the whole thing out.- Mike's Meat
