Hey gang I'm going to be doing a smoke for a large group of people and wondering if anyone who has a RT-340 would be able to tell me how many pork butts have you been able to do at one time? I've only done one at a time before but am looking to maybe get 3 on at one time, also any suggestions...

This is my third smoke on my Rec Tec and I think this has been the best yet. My second attempt at pork butt!

I used lumberjack apple blend for the pork butt I got some ribs I'm going to do next and use the same pellets.

Came out great! Very flavorful and moist. I read some people don't think pellets give off enough smoke flavor which worried me at first but this had awesome smokey flavor

Just pulled it off about 20 mins ago I'll update once it's done resting and pulled apart!

After weeks of using a smoke box on my Weber, I finally got a smoker. I went with the Rec Tec 340. Breaking her in today with a pork butt!

Looks good! I can't wait till my Rec Tec gets delivered!

I think I'm gonna go with the rec tec. That looks really well built and I haven't seen any negative reviews about them yet. Thank you for the recommendation!
