I'm gonna try some souvlaki chicken sausage tommorrow. I'm using 9lbs breasts, 8lbs thighs and 8 lbs pork butt. Gonna stuff it in sheep casing. It's gonna be fresh sausage. I'm using a prepared mix. Any input would be welcome.
You're right. The package said add 8cups\1quart water. What the heck?I thought 4 cups was a quart? 4x8=32 right?
