Greetings from GI, Nebraska-was surprised by Santa with a 3 rack smoke hollow gasser. have attacked the forums for the past 2 days obtaining knowledge and recipies for a New Years Eve smoke. Was gonna boil some lobster, but after reading about smoked meat for the past few, I think we'll have chicken, ribs, onions, potatoes and abt's....great resource, look forward to enjoying my new toy and learning more from you folks!
 
Welcome to SMF! Before you start putting meat in that new smoker be sure to season it. That will get rid of any nasty stuff that's left from the manufacturing process.
