Threw in a rack of D-bones about an hour ago. Outside temp 50 F, even the smoker said so. Now about 57F and a lite breeze. I'm on my covered and screened porch, not making it any warmer either!
So temp drops to 220 then goes up to 250, have my PB electric set at 240. Nice smoke curling out now and then, smells wonderful. At least my Dog thinks so.
RShe has never had rib bones, but a t-bone or two she knows. Now she has bug eyes every time I get close to the smoker. Love my baby!!!! She's a great little dog. Anyway I'll post how long this takes in the cool.... Nice day though.

Nice! I’ve never done any dino bones yet. I really want to. Maybe next week. It’s 60F outside here in North Carolina. I put a Boston Butt on this morning at 6am and just pulled it. It’s tucked in the cooler for a couple of hours now.

What did you rub the Dino bones with?

I’d probably be doing mine in similar weather so I’ll be interested to see how it affects your cooking time.

Nice hearing from you. It's 60 here as well, now. The ribs are looking good, putting a bast of Coke, LS Soy and Worstershire every 30 mins.
I used Jeff's org. rub on one 4 bone rack and Bone Sucking Rub on another just like it. Started with Pecan, going to finish with Cherry. And I did salt brine them for about 4 hours.
