This is the first smoke I've posted, I apologize in advance for the low picture quality. Enjoy, and thank you alelover!
(1) Attack the breast with a protein tenderizer
(2). Swiss and honey ham
(3). Pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni.
(4). Roll em up and wrapped in heaven blankets (thick cut bacon)
(5). Put them on smoke, time for some home-brew!
(6). After about 2 hours on cherry chips, I gave them a short ride under the broiler to crisp the bacon, and they are done!
(7). And now, the money shots!!
These things are amazing!! A great way to use chicken breasts on the smoker.
