Smokin Sunday

    I had a good day smokin.Put on some ribs,bologna,trout,and skinnies.Ill call them skinnies because they are not fatties but they sure are good eatin.These are the link sausages I made last fall.

    Hey Debi.I mixed up some butter,lemon juice,and white wine with garlic,pepper,and some rosemary.Everything turned out good.The only thing left after supper was some bologna for old dads lunch this week.I had two possible future son-in-laws over for the feast.I swear those young men sure can eat.I better get some brush cutting out of those boys for feeding them such good grub.
