What rub did you use on the bird?
Chicken Season!......Pig Season!
That rub was just thrown together.
Granulated Onion,Garlic
Paprika
Chili Powder
Diamond Crystal Kosher
Very little BP
Oregano
Basil
I think I'm remembering everything...

Thanks jane.I season/rub these with lemon pepper as a base a lot too.Use whatever is on hand.If you like your chicken juicier cook to 165* IT.I have a "picky with chicken" family member so I cook it to 170* IT
