The Brinkman actually was my very first smoker which I found at my local flea market. Bought it for $10 and used it to smoke trout that I caught. I actually still have some parts from it lying around somewhere.

This one started it all! It was a great little smoker and a great teaching tool.

Also my first one. started out with charcoal then modified it and bought the electric unit that fit in the bottom.

Many an all night smokes with my friends.
