Sweet! I was just looking at that Mushroom Carbonara you did couple days ago. Looking for Keto ideas as I ran my blood sugar up pretty high over the holidays. Hard to get back on the wagon but the hardest part is just getting started. Once I get the ball rolling can kind of stay on track.

I need to make that dish again. I have maintained my weight through the holidays. I got sick for 5-6 days and actually lost 8#...down to 156# as of this morning. Still going strong on keto, and I feel great!

Sure looks like it to me. Oyster mushrooms grow exclusively on dead wood, so what is it growing on? the spore print should be white. the mushroom should smell fruity with a little forest floor smell. pleasant, not offensive. I can take more pics of the ones I have if you want.

Looking at the picture close, I can see white spores on the large mushroom top on the right, the mushroom under the mushroom on the left. see all that white powdery stuff-that's the spores.
