Had some left over butt I did about a month ago and vacuum sealed and froze. Had it for dinner last night and lunch today, just as good as when I first made it. Got enough for lunch tomorrow too!!

Uh OH! Buckeye alert!

It has been said, and I agree, that smoked butt that has been vacuum packed and frozen, may be even better than it was when it was first pulled. I like mine cold!

I raise my glass and hope for a good game on saturday, may the best team win, and may the refs let em play!

Had some leftover pulled butt today for lunch. I tried a variation of the finishing sauce in the sticky thread and my lunch today was actually better than when I first pulled the butt. I'm going to let all the people who get pork from me taste it with the finishing sauce and if they like it as much as my wife and I, I'll use it every time I pull a butt.
