WSM 22.5 brand new

I have a brand new WSM Weber smokey mountain 22.5 inch smoker in the box never opened. I have two and want to sell one of them. I paid 427.00 (399.00 plus tax). I am selling it for 300.00 firm. I live in the Orlando FL area. I would like to sell it locally but I'll ship it if buyer wants to pay for the shipping. My wife thinks it's rediculous that I bought two so one has to go.
