Hello! So I have a Camp Chef Wood Wind and at the end of last season it started to flame out after 45min-1hr of cooking. Recently I pulled it back out and it’s not warming at all. So far I’ve replaced the controller with the new WI-FI model, the thermometer in the cook chamber, and the hot rod. Hot rod still isn’t warming and the grill is obviously not getting hot. Any suggestions as to what to try next? The muffin fan and auger are both working fine. Thanks in advance!

I would suggest talking to Camp Chef Customer service. They are very helpful and can solve your problem.
I put in an email to them earlier, but I think they’re closed until Monday. Just thought I’d check in here to see if anyone could offer a suggestion.

Pellets have been stored in a container outside. There my be some moister, but certainly not wet. Pellets are coming through nicely....usually by the time I look there is a large mound covering the hot rod. The hot rod isn’t heating at all.
