Smoke hollow propane smokers say to use chips. Is it ok to use wood chunks, I have always had chips but right now I just chunks?

I concur. I can put chunks into my Smoke Vault and they will last 6 to 8 hours before I have to replace them.

Your fine with chunks I have a gosm propane and have used chips for years and heard here about chunks and used them and they work much better and last alot longer so go for it. Happy smokin.

I'm with them I have used chips, chunks and both at the same time in my GOSM the chunks smoke longer

yeah chunks are the way to go imo. I use the chips to fill in the gaps.
