Nice.. do you run that over a Vortex?

No vortex on this one.. just 1/2 chimney of coals spread out on the bottom rack.. 375 ish... it was perfect amount.. it's a quick cook

Gives me an idea ,,, ring out of the 14.5 wsm  just might fit under a wok real nice .

I have the cast iron Weber Wok that fits on their Gourmet Grilling System.
It is fantastic!
