I love my Fireboard! They are a little pricey, but that thing is really awesome.

Sorry. The only one I can think of that wont get tangled is the "Meater" but I don't know of anyone that really uses one. It is wireless from the probe which is waht I think you are looking for when you say "wireless" for your rotisserre smoker.

You will need to ask around if guys have good experience with that device.

I had seen those but I've never used one. I don't know of anyone that has. I may have to try it. Thanks for the response.
