I wish! The deal is the boats my uncles and since we aren't paying passengers the crab goes to those that pay! We did end up with a mess if rockfish and some really nice ling cod! My cousin butter pan fried some last night in the cast iron, served with homemade tarter! Tomorrow I'll be cooking up fish tacos on the mini!!!!!

Here too! Ling cod tacos on the MINI tomorrow!!! I have to say though I'd trade a ling cod for oysters any day!!!

Those came out great looking! I have been thinking about making a Mini WSM just for wings, with like three racks. I think you just helped me make up my mind.

How many punds did you get in there on two racks? And how many racks spaced for wings do you think I could fit in a Mini?
