I think I posted that I found a Weber Performer Deluxe on the side of the road. Cleaned it up and finally christened it over the long weekend with some hickory smoked wings. Also ran a bird on the kamado rotisserie. Not in the shot is the offset. It was nice and cold so I did a few bricks of cheese as well. Great weekend.

Looks great, nice chicken smokes.

Your spun bird looks perfect.

I love doing full wings , but will do splits if that is all I can find.

David
Same. Love me some whole wings. I know some people cut them into splits and trim the wing tips, but my wife looooves those crunchy little bits.

You got some nice color on those birdies, and congrats on the kettle find.

Point for sure
Chris
