We use jalapeno peppers and call them Armadillo eggs. Maybe you did to. Couldn't see the picture that well. Gotta keep the JPG's low so I get a faster connection.

And how long does it take to smoke a red X? Or do ya just go for temp, time be damned? Or does it *really* matter?!?
 
Oh Man, what an idea!. I did some "chicken bites" a few weeks ago (chicken breast cubed, wrapped with bacon, dredged in a b-sugar/chili powder mix) that were insanely delicious. What ya'll think about pounding a chicken breast real flat, wrapping a standard ABT up with the chicken, then dredging the same? I'm smoking this Wednesday, may just have to give it a try! Sweet, hot cheesy, smoky! What a combo!!! Q-view will document the effort!!!

I don't know if it works on here or not. I got the pics and thay all looked good. boy that chuck looked real nice. But when I am in my E-Mail and get the red X I just right click the X and get a menu and then go to show pic.
 
yeah wc.........sometimes that werks........but sometimes not.......i have been in contact with imageshack.........its on their end
