posting this here, since i have poulty, vegies, pork, and beef
this was a two day smoke...wings, eggs, and abts yesterday...........beef and abts today........
shot of the eggs and abts.....the eggs was jimmy dean reg. sausage wraped around a jap filled with creme chesse, colored with yellow food coloring, to more resembe a egg yolk. Rolled the sausage around the jap to more resemble a egg
the chicken wings.........half sprinkled with sweet spot, the other half with onion powder and garlic powder.........
eggs and wings finishing up on the ecb gourmet
wings........i brushed some bbq sauce last 30 minutes on a few
and the armadillo egg.........not a good pic, but MAN were they good
okay.........todays smoke........a chuck roast and abts.......no pics of the abts........so i guess i didn't do em
chuck marinated in McCormicks Mesquite maridade for bout 2 hours........then sprinked with some McCormicks Monteral Steak seasoning, and some homemade chipotle powder
finished up at 150 and let rest........250 smoked with maple and ash........
very happy with the juicieness of this cut of meat..........
and the coup de grace
made french dips outta em..............
finally getting the ecb down now with the new mods........almost can get it to do cruise control
