I know silly header, but I did make 2 different kinds of wings.....

Made 2 different kinds of smoked wings, 1 with a Jerk Marinade and the other was salt , pepper and honey

First batch I mixed with 2 tablespoons of the jerk marinade and 1 tablespoon of canola oil, mixed will in the wings and bagged
Second was with a generous shakes of salt, pepper, 2 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of canola oil mixed well in the wings and bagged
In the fridge for 5 hours , little rub every once in a while

In the smoker for 1 1/2 hours at 300 deg. using mesquite, the jerk wings had a nice crisp to the skin the Honey ones not so much but nice bite , both very tender

Mona made 2 salads , her macaroni and tomato sauce, and potato salad. The macaroni is great any time but just so refreshing on a hot humid day.
The wings were both great , the honey did not seem to really stand out , but the pepper really did . I liked them both but everyone else liked the jerk ones the best . I think because of the crispy skin and it had a great flavor.
Here is the finished plate. ( had my brother over first time in a long time , he did not understand why i'm taking all the pictures , now really thinks i'm weird. But that is older brothers lol

Thanks for looking

Glad you answered the call

The Title cracked me up! The wings look good. Honey is not a stong flavor on the wings because most likely melted off. Next run go just S & P. When crisp and nearly done, brush on Honey mixed with some fine crushed Fresh Garlic. That you will taste!...JJ

Thanks Chef for the like and the comment, yes could not resist about the title.

That makes sense about the honey, I even added some after they came into the house . It is not my regular honey I buy. Its from Costco( not that there is anything wrong with theirs ) and I'm used to the honey stronger flavor ) done right here in Nova Scotia.
Will try your suggestion for the next round, thanks

Well if you're weird David, I guess I'm in good company :emoji_wink: Both wings look really good but the final plate is off the charts. Very well done,to both you and Mona.
