Yup.. Wings are $1.99lb at Winn Dixie... Bought three of the big family packs... $10.00 each... Probably won't see those prices for quite some time...

Sale ends tomorrow I believe... git em while the gittens good...

Just looked on the website . Case price comes out to $1.89 a pound .
10 pound bag bone in fresh . 40 pounds to a case .
The trays I bought are Purdue fresh whole wings .

No GFS around here (north GA). I checked Restaurant Depot and they are $1.55/lb for whole jumbos but same as chopsaw you gotta buy a 40 pound case. Too much for us.
Food Lion around here has them this week for $1.99 family packs as well. We bought 4 packs. Cooked one and vac sealed the rest for the freezer.
I used to be a big fan of Kroger but they hardly ever have a decent sale on anything meat these days.

I also used to be a huge Kroger fan and when I shopped there for years their overall pricing was decent. They gouged like crazy during and after COVID. They are doing a huge reorg and downsizing corporate staffing with prices coming down again.

I stopped getting those wing bags at Kroger. Wings looked like they went through a shredder! I just buy the flappers now from HEB.
