Put 30# of sticks in smoker at 8 then I stuffed 30# of summer sausage!

Looks like a good project for a chilly day. Blowing like crazy here today too. If it wasn't for the wind it'd feel okay outside. With the wind though it is not nice.

Thanks the table works great for cooling it was 35 with 30mph winds didn't take long to cool
