My son is a pilot and flight instructor. He said stix are easier to eat when flying.

Ok i have 8 pounds to make. 4 lbs of each.

Should be tasty! I have some of that Owen's mix to make also. How much fat do you use in a 4lb batch? Wanted to mix today but don't wanna smoke in blizzard tomorrow so guess I'll wait.

This is my 1st time making the bloody mary stix mix, i like raw meat and a taste it taste good. got a hint of heat in it.
 
I dont like to rack ny stix but i have to on these because i cant find my rods.

15mm wrinkled stix.

Had to tie so i know what flavor is what.

Where you get your 15mm casings. I am out and need some
 
Got at Dupey in Iowa. I may be interested in another caddy of them.
I will call them on tuesday. I have an acct and sometimes the 13-15mm are special order.

I was asked if i could remove the collagen casing.

Willies in clear tub, Bloody Mary on tray.
Soak your sticks in cold water for 5-10 mins and the casing will peel right off. (collagen)

Those look great. I haven't done the bloody Mary sticks, but have done the jerky. I really like it, and does have a bit of heat.
 
The BM has a bit of a bite to it. But its good
