im 50 yrs old my wife and son got me a wood fired smoker about 10 yrs ago been having fun ever since!!!!!! i use pecan wood and realy like the flavor of it but always looking for something new and open too any suggestions. developed my own bbq sauce and have gotten great reviews from people who have tryed it.  im ready to share ideas
