I am still getting a feel for my newest addition, the Dyno Glo wide body offset. I have ordered a minon for my fire box, but it hasn't come in yet.. I am doing a spatcocked chicken today so I am trying a homemade mod with what I had at the house. I am using a muffin pan as a fire block. If anyone has tried this or knows a reason that it won't work I'm all ears.
