This is a very tasty meal and super easy to make. Cut the turkey breast just big enough to cut once after cooking as it helps to keep the meat from drying out.
Soak the meat in Half & Half with several splash’s of your favorite hot sauce for several hours.

Next cut the bacon and wrap each chunk of turkey and arrange your favorite veggies.

I cooked them at 350 degrees for 40 minuets then bumped the temp up to 400 to crisp the bacon....... enjoy
 
Great lookin meal, what kind of pit you cookin with
This was cooked on a GMG Daniel Boone pellet grill. Tomorrow my new RecTec Stampede will be delivered so I kinda have to learn all over again.
 
I’m up to my neck in turkey on my property. I’ll try this when the season opens up again next year! Like! B
