Anyone have any suggestions for smoking skinless wild turkey breasts so they don't get to dry?
 
I bumped this to maybe get some of the Game cooks ideas.

I would wrap it in Bacon after your prep ( brine or whatever) , to keep the moisture there and besides everything is better with Bacon on it...

No matter what you do, BRINE BRINE BRINE! Wrapping in bacon will help, plus it's bacon and everyone loves bacon. The most important thing you can do is BRINE, not sure if I mentioned that yet or not. One last thing, BRINE.
