Trying out my new Granitestone Lightweight Dutch Oven Pot with Lid, 6.5 Qt Nonstick Dutch Oven Stock Pot. Its just a cheap version of a real Dutch Oven but it works but I have to get used to how hot it gets as the bread turned out a tad darker then I wanted.
Using my local friends flour I mixed up a batch of dough last night and threw into the oven at 500* for 20 minutes. Took the lid off after 20 minutes and te recipe said to let it go for another 20 which is to long in my oven anyways. Next one I will cut that back to 10 or 15.

All things considered it looks pretty good. Slap some butter on it and hand me a chunk!
