Whole Hawg - May 11th

A friend and I did a whole hawg on his trailer smoker.  It was built in 1994 out of a jet engine shipping container.   It is crazy looking.  We had a ~ 60 lb hog.

We also did 12 butts, 1 brisket (for fun since I am learning this).   I also had 2 UDS and a vertical smoker on site.  (we did this for a church birthday party - feed maybe 220)

Also - had someone make up a triple batch of Dutch's bean recipe and smoked that at the end.  I got so many amazing comments from those - you would have thought folks had never had real baked beans!

looks as if all had a great time, lots of Chow there, the little Piggy looked great.
