Picked up four 7.4 pounders labeled "Choice or Higher." A little higher price than the $2.98/lb I paid last time, but still a money saver. Looks like the trim will be 8-16 ounces. Perfect for jerky.

I've got room in the freezer for maybe 2-3 more.
