I found a Weber Kettle premium 22.5 at Lowes on clearance for 135.00 and had to have it.

I grabbed a chicken on the way home and set it up.
Usually I brine my chickens over night but I didn't have time.
I started with a full chimney of RO charcoal and after it was going dumped it off to the side.
All vents where wide open and it stayed right around 350
Total cook time was about 1.5 hours.
Chicken turned out pretty good but was missing that brine.

The rub and sauce I used.

Nice looking chicken and score on the kettle. I use my kettle often for smaller quantity smokes.

Point for sure.
