Whole Chicken on RT-700

Has anyone tried a Whole Chicken or Capon on the Rec-Tec RT-700? Any recommendations on smoking?

Good old St. Louis county . Lived in Florissant for alot of years .
Did you see the pellet grill sub forum ? Might look around in there while you wait , or even ask over there .

Ahhhh "The Valley of Flowers", nice City however sadly if the City-County Merger passes, it will no longer exist along with every other Municipality in Saint Louis County.

As my moniker states "Newbie" so still new to navigating this site.
