All this talk of beets and no pics...?! I picked my small crop a couple weekends ago and pickled mine with the family recipe (equal parts vinegar, sugar and water). If you can believe it the below crop only yielded 4 1/2 pints of pickled beets. Next year one of my 4' x 20' raised beds will be nothing but beets. Love them! Take Care, Smokin - K
