Definitely Alton Brown. I really like how he explains why he does this or that and what reaction the food will have. I used to never miss Emeril, now I can't seem to find the time. Steve Raichlen is awesome. Justin was great...Throw a little bit of burgundy in there, the recipe calls for 1/2 c but I like a little bit more than that (as he proceeded to pour probably 1 1/2 cups and then pour a glass for himself. Never really watched her, but you have to give cudos to Julia Child. She was one of the forerunners for coooking shows and getting us creative in the kitchen. RR is ok, I like the 30 minute meal ideas...

Has anyone ever whated Hell's Kichen with Gorden Ramsey ? or his show on BBC? I thought he is a real jerk but it was a hoot, good for comic relief kinda thing.

we watch hells kitchen religiously.....love gorden, have caught his bbc show once or twice but it seems to be hit or miss when it's on out here. We also like to watch Top Chef on bravo when thats on also.....

i just thought of another one from a long time ago...

the two fat ladies - they never cooked low fat and always believed more butter and bacon was better..lol

Justin was incredible. He talked about giving directions: "Wal, you take the second 'git off' and take a right...."

As for Rachel Ray, she seems to be every where....
