Made the boy a dozen sliders on the blackstone. Re hydrated onions in beef broth, then steamed the patties. Used the little kings sweet buns. Not a fan of the sweet buns, use something different next time. 20220310_111426.jpg

Those look great. Just the push I needed to re-visit this. I had the burger and onion down last time but need to figure out a better bun. May have to make them.
 
oh love me some white castles, used to be at the end of a long night of drinking when I was younger. I would try the Kings pretzel buns that Guy fiery has been hawking on TV since the Superbowl, that might work.
 
Did you get any? He appears the age to get a dozen inhaled and still looking for second supper.
Local grocery store sells dinner buns that work great for sliders. I don't like the taste of the sweet buns.
 
I love WC burgers. And those rival the originals; actually look better!
