Hey guys,
I'm in Alberta Canada and finding it very hard to buy meat.
Are there any Calgarians out there who can recommend places to go? I've checked out several supermarkets and Costco and can't find any Tri tip, Boston butts (can find picnics but most too small, under 4/6lb and no sign of a brisket anywhere!
Some of you out there may be observant and say 'didn't that guy say his brother is a butcher?' Yes I did. Unfortunately he deals almost exclusively with high end restaurants so it's all grain feed, organic, free range, wagyu beef etc. I know you can't beat good quality but my budget can't afford a wagyu brisket at $15+ Per lb.
