So I did the Auber pod mod. This is my first smoke with it. I am getting very little in the way of bark. It’s a bit cold today in Pennsylvania 50°. Using apple chips as usual. It’s been going for about nine hours but the bark on my pork butt looks less than ideal to say the least. Same Robb is always. I am utilizing the cold smoke chimney on my MES 40 inch. Any thoughts?
