hey everyone,

a while back i saw a video posted on here that was an awesome tutorial on how to cut memphis style spare ribs.  i'm looking into doing some this weekend but wanted to try and get it right the first time.

anybody have the link or able to point me in the direction of that video?  i was looking for 45 mins on here and have to jump on a conference call now so i'm outta time...stupid job getting in the way of my smoking!  haha

OK, STOP, I FOUND IT!

and it must be too early in the morning because the video says it is trimming spare ribs into st. louis style ribs, my bad.
