...food just does not taste good.

Raging cold going on right now.I have a beautiful whole chicken coming off the smoker and I can't smell it and I'm pretty sure I will not be able to taste it.

Sucks.

The only flavors you will taste are the five the tongue senses. Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter and Umami. The entire mouth senses Spicy Hot. Do what you can to enhance these five until you recover...JJ

Smoke it and rest a few days until you are better. Fire up the grill medium and heat it up. Might be the best you ever did... That's how I do mine. I NEVER eat anything I smoke same day.

(JJ beats me) I CRAVE really spicy stuff when sick with typical malaise. Ramen with sriracha. Scrambled eggs tabasco. KFC/Lees and Franks. Wendy's chili with 2 hot sauce packets. Clears my head. Hope yo feel better.

PS played some Maiden for the Trick or Treaters... Number of the beast... I am a bass player: killer riffage.

Please excuse the hijack and hope you get well soon, but...I.M. opened for Judah Priest during the Screaming for Vengeance Tour in 82. Steve Harris is the most dynamic and fastest Bass player I have ever seen! Start to finish the man played the intricate bass lines, all the time running all over the stage, climbing and jumping from the sound equipment and never missed a note! Ian Hill of J.P. seemed asleep in comparison...JJ

Total hijack in hopes to ail Normanaj... IM tour bus stopped in town and my Dad noticed... Dad (in typical fashion/has no shame) walks up and says to a guy, hey my son likes your band, anyway we can get some autographs? Guy says sure: hands him an 8X10... Pic is a dozen bare chested girls surrounded by the band with autos. Pretty cool stuff for a 12YO. LOL. Would post it but... Get well soon!

Don't worry about the hijack guys I can talk Maiden all day long.2019 is going to be good year,they're going to be playing some material they haven't performed in a long time.Can't wait for the North American dates to be announced.
