Haha funny thread. I think I smell a new contest a brewin.....Something like who can come up with the best tasting never-been-smoked-before dish?

Scrapple, but everyone loved it, I like it fried crispy, so next time I'll smoke and then slice and fry it to crisp it up.

chicken livers wrapped in bacon.

It's also good just cooked over an open campfire

I wouldn't exactly call this edible, but it was indeed wierd... a wasp. A big freekin' wasp. I had the lid up and was spritzing a butt, when it flew by as I closed the lid... I wasn't about to open it until he was smoked!

I smoked it @ 225 until its internal temp reached 1dead80... found it curled up on the grate next to Dutch's beans... I assume the smoke got him and not the beans.

Snapping Turtle! My uncle in Kentucky has taken me turtlin' several times, smoking them is definitely a good way to fix 'em!

That does sound kind of good coyoterick.

For a second I thought maybe you were going to say you threw a coyote on the smoker. heh

this doesnt count cause i havent done it yet but a buddy told me he and the wife do french onion soup al la smoke. cores the onions out to make a bowl and puts half a stick of butter, one beef bullion cube, then the other half stick of butter. i think he wraps the onion somehow, but not to cover it all the way so it can get smoke, and there you go.
