Whats the smallest trailered reverse flow smoker you would buy for yoursel, friends/family that you could also use for competitions? Thanks

Last year I had a tough time cooking with my 42x16 RF. It just wasn't quite enough room for everything.

I like to do 3 slabs of spares,

at least 2 pork shoulders or 2 pork loin if its not a sanctioned event,

Of course a package of chicken thighs,

Then depending on the event its either brisket or sausage.

I think I could make it work on a 24x42 RF

Or

Three UDS

If things ever quit coming in to work on I would like to build either a backwoods or a stumps clone. Med size, enough to fit 2 large all pans side by side and at least 4 shelves.

Thats my hopes and dreams LOL of course there will always be the trailer and the tow rig that I have to work on as well. I don't get paid to work on those tho.
