What's in your............ Fridge?

I think there is too much effort into making the "politically correct" response.  If I look into our fridge, the most predominant item are those things left over from someone's last, fast food foray.  Someones leftover hamburger, a half-finished taco, some tater-tots turning green, two pieces of pizza, etc.  Whenever I try to smoke something new, my wife says, "But we have all these leftovers still in there....we waste so much food!".  Refrigeraters are nothing but temporary garbage cans.  I think take-home containers should be banned and we should have to pay for anything we don't eat.

Ok, upper left is two eye of round roasts curing up for some roast beef lunchmeat to be smoked this weekend. Below that is 1-1/2 gallons of poultry brine ready for use. To the right is two slabs of bbb gettin ready for this weekend. Below on the left in the bucket is 4 picnics gettin ready for a teusday smokin'. And lower right is 3 pork loins I picked up today for $1.99 a Lb. that I'll use for some upcoming CB and maybe a stuffed loin for a dinner.

And this is just the cure fridge!
