What's going on with delivery companies?

The FedEx guy also told me when they were decommissioning a sorting machine they found a 2 year old overnight envelopes in the belts that contained World series tickets. I wonder how that was handled back in 2011????

If they were purchased thru Ticketmaster I'm sure it was handled quite poorly!

back then it was printed tickets, nothing digital so not sure how that got handled

Years ago, I ordered several pallets worth wide sanding belts. IIRC 14 boxes of 10 belts each per pallet.
1 pallet didn't arrive with the rest of the shipment and the freight carrier didn't know what happened to it. The vendor made good and shipped us some more.
Over a year later we received another shipment of sanding belts on the same carrier with a extra pallet of belts that had about 1/2 inch of nasty looking dust on the top.
